Caribbean Breeze Smoothie – Get fit. Get healthy.

Not quite spring yet, but not really winterish anymore either.  What to do, what to do!?  If you want to get that luau dancing, aroma filling, caribbean breeze feeling tingling through your body, here is how to do it…

Caribbean Breeze Smoothie
(Meal Replacement)

1 Scoop Creamy Vanilla Bodykey Meal Replacement (or Vanilla Nutrilite Protein Powder)*
1/2 Cup full fat can coconut milk*
1.5 cup frozen pineapple OR 1 Cup frozen pineapple with 1/4 cup pineapple concentrate (make sure it has no added ingredients or sugar!!)
1 Tsp Vanilla extract
1 T Coconut oil (optional)
handful of ice


*If you only have a neutral flavor protein powder, that’s okay… you will just need to add a little extra stevia or your sweetener of choice
*Coconuts are VERY healthy fats, so don’t get scared by looking at the nutritional value. Go with the full fat natural can with no other ingredients or added sweeteners.   I am not going to get into those details here today, but google coconut and you will see thousands of benefits! For this recipe, I unfortunately only had light coconut milk because we got the wrong item, so as delicious as this came out, the regular will make it so much better for next time!!!
